XO จัดประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2569 สร้างความเชื่อมั่นธุรกิจซอสแข็งแกร่ง

เมื่อวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา บริษัท เอ็กโซติค ฟู้ด จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ XO นำโดย นายบรรพต หงษ์ทอง ประธานกรรมการ พร้อมด้วย นายจิตติพร จันทรัช และนางสาววาสนา จันทรัช ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ตลอดจนคณะกรรมการบริษัท จัดประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2569 ณ ห้อง The Surawongse Ballroom 2, 3 ชั้น 1 โรงแรมแบงค็อกแมริออท เดอะ สุรวงศ์
โดยที่ประชุมมีมติอนุมัติทุกวาระตามที่คณะกรรมการเสนอ พร้อมทั้งรับทราบการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจากผลการดำเนินงานประจำปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทที่มุ่งจ่ายผลตอบแทนให้ผู้ถือหุ้นอย่างสม่ำเสมอในระดับที่เหมาะสม ภายใต้กรอบการบริหารทางการเงินอย่างรอบคอบ

พร้อมกันนี้ ที่ประชุมอนุมัติแผนลงทุนก่อสร้างโรงงานแห่งใหม่ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ แหลมฉบัง ขนาด 18,000 ตารางเมตร พร้อมนำเทคโนโลยีอัตโนมัติและระบบคลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะเข้ามาเสริมศักยภาพ เพื่อยกระดับกำลังการผลิตและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานในระยะยาว รองรับกำลังการผลิตได้สูงถึง 8,000 ล้านบาทต่อปี เพื่อสะท้อนการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืน ตอกย้ำผู้นำการส่งออกซอสพริกอันดับหนึ่งของไทย

XO Reinforces Strong Growth at 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Exotic Food Public Company Limited (XO), a leading global exporter of Thai sauces, successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. The meeting was led by Chairman Mr. Banphot Hongthong, along with Mr. Jittiporn Jantarach and Ms. Vasana Jantarach, Chief Executive Officer, and attended by the Board of Directors.

The meeting approved all proposed agenda items and acknowledged the interim dividend payments for FY2025, reflecting a strong payout in line with the company’s performance. This underscores XO’s solid financial position and its commitment to delivering consistent returns to shareholders in accordance with its dividend policy.

In addition, shareholders approved a major investment plan for a new manufacturing facility at Rojana Industrial Park, Laem Chabang. The 18,000-square-meter plant will incorporate advanced automation and smart warehouse systems to significantly enhance production efficiency and long-term operational capabilities, with a projected capacity of up to THB 8 billion per year.

This strategic expansion underscores XO’s commitment to sustainable growth and reinforces its position as Thailand’s No.1 exporter of chili sauce to the global market.
