PROCEDURE
1. Marinate tenderloin beef with some oyster sauce,
fish sauce, sugar, and some coriander root.
2. Put a little bit of oil into the pan. After that,
put the beef into the pan. Grill it, just a medium rare on it.
3. Take it off the pan. Cut through it and put it into the salad.
Mix it together. Serve.
