|Thai Spicy Edamame|
|Thai Spicy Edamame||3 tbsp|
|Exotic Food Chilli Paste||3 tbsp|
|Truffle Oil (Optional)||1 tbsp|
1. Bring water to boil in a pot. Blanch the edamame
in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
Drain in cold water to keep edamame color fresh.
2. Add sesame oil and chilli paste to the edamame
then mix well. Ready to serve as a spicy snack.
3. For more aroma, add 1 tbsp of truffle and mix it up.
