Thai Spicy Edamame

INGREDIENTS
Thai Spicy Edamame
Thai Spicy Edamame3 tbsp
Exotic Food Chilli Paste3 tbsp
Edamame300 g
Salt1 pinch
Truffle Oil (Optional)1 tbsp

PROCEDURE

1. Bring water to boil in a pot. Blanch the edamame
in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
Drain in cold water to keep edamame color fresh.
2. Add sesame oil and chilli paste to the edamame
then mix well. Ready to serve as a spicy snack.
3. For more aroma, add 1 tbsp of truffle and mix it up.
