INGREDIENTS
Sukiyaki
Exotic Sukiyaki Sauce3.00 tbsp
Exotic Sesame oil0.50 tbsp
Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce1.00 tbsp
Exotic Chilli Oil0.25 tbsp
Water or Stock1.00 litre
Lectuce3.00 leafs
Cabbage5.00 slices
Leeks1.00 leek
Celery1.00 celery
Sliced pork150.00 grams
Mushroom3.00 mushrooms
Tofu3.00 prawns
Egg1.00 egg

PROCEDURE

1. Bring the stock ot a boil.

2. While the water is boiling marinade the pork with
Exotic Sesame Oil, Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce
and Exotic Chilli Oil.

3. Once the water comes to the boil add all the ingredients
to the pot of stock. Close the lid.

4. Once it comes to a boil remove from heat and serve
with Exotic Sukiyaki Sauce.
