Water or Stock | 1.00 litre |
Lectuce | 3.00 leafs |
Cabbage | 5.00 slices |
Leeks | 1.00 leek |
Celery | 1.00 celery |
Sliced pork | 150.00 grams |
Mushroom | 3.00 mushrooms |
Tofu | 3.00 prawns |
Egg | 1.00 egg |
PROCEDURE
1. Bring the stock ot a boil.
2. While the water is boiling marinade the pork with
Exotic Sesame Oil, Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce
and Exotic Chilli Oil.
3. Once the water comes to the boil add all the ingredients
to the pot of stock. Close the lid.
4. Once it comes to a boil remove from heat and serve
with Exotic Sukiyaki Sauce.
