Sriracha shrimp tacos with guacamole

Ingredients

  • shrimp meat 250 g
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Tempura flour 4 tbsp
  • Water (as need)
  • bread crumb 100 g
  • Avocado 2
  • Tomato diced 1
  • Shallot dice 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Grilled tortilla
  • Iceburg lettuce
  • Sriracha mayo 25 ml
  • Lime juice (for seasoning)
  • red pomangranate for sprinkle

Instructions

  • Marinated shrimp meat with salt, pepper, paprika powder. Keep marinated around 15-20 minuted. Add egg, tempura flour, and water to shrimp meat. Mixed well.
  • Drop marinated shimp into a breadcrumb bowl. Toss around and deep fried the shimps until golden brown.
  • For guacamole, mashed an avocadoes, then andd diced tomato, shallot, and coriander. Seasoned with cumin, lime juice, then mix well.
  • Pan grilled tortillas to make a bit warm and crispy, then add iceberg lettuce, guacamole,and fried shrimp. Squeeze sriracha sauce on top and decorate with pomegranate and lime slices.
