|Tuna in brineExotic Supreme Oyster Sauce||250 g|
|Onion, chopped||1/4 cup|
|Almond, ground||2 tbsp|
|Lemon juice||1 tbsp|
|Black Pepper, ground||1/4 tsp|
|Tuna in brine||250 g|
|Exotic Food Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce||1/3 cup|
|Greek yogurt||1 tbsp|
|Garlic, chopped||1 clove|
|Coriander leave, chopped||1 tbsp|
1. Drain tuna from brine then mix the tuna with onion, egg, almond, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Shape the tuna mixture into round flat pieces as desired. Lightly coat a pan with olive oil, fry the tuna cake with
medium heat until brown on both sides.
3. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together then serve with tuna cake.
