Spicy Guacamole

INGREDIENTS
Spicy Guacamole
ripe Avocado3
Tomato2
cup Onion1/2
Garlic, minced2 tsp
Lime1
Cayenne Pepper1
Cilantro leaves1 handful
Salt1 tsp
Exotic Food Chilli Paste1 tbsp

PROCEDURE

1. Halve and peel avocodo. Scoop out the avocado pulp
and mash it with a fork.

2. Halve the tomato and scoop out the seeds.
Slice tomato into small cubes.

3. Dice onion and add onion and tomato to mashed avocado.

4. Add juice of one lime, minced garlic, sliced cayenne pepper,
cilantro and salt. Mix well.

5. Garnish with Exotic Food Chilli Paste, tomato
and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.

Tips
Put avocado seed in the guacamole keep it from going brown!
