Spicy Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
Spicy Chicken Wings
Green Cayenne Pepper, chopped5
Chicken Wings2 lbs
Exotic Food Wok Oil for frying2 cups
Butter1/4 cup
Exotic Food Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce1 cup
Black Pepper, groundpinch
Blue Cheese2 tbsp
Mayonnaise2 tbsp
Sour Cream2 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Celery Stalks1 bunch

PROCEDURE

1. Deep fry the chicken wings in wok oil until golden and crispy

2. Make the sauce by melting butter in small saucepan
under low-medium heat. Add Sriracha sauce and stir until
combine. Add black pepper and mix.

3. Make the bluecheese dipping sauce by blending blue cheese,
mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic together.

4. Coat the chicken wings with hot sauce.
Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce and celery stalks.
