|Green Cayenne Pepper, chopped||5|

|Exotic Food Wok Oil for frying||2 cups|
|Exotic Food Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce||1 cup|
|Black Pepper, ground||pinch|
|Blue Cheese||2 tbsp|
|Sour Cream||2 tbsp|
|Celery Stalks||1 bunch|
1. Deep fry the chicken wings in wok oil until golden and crispy
2. Make the sauce by melting butter in small saucepan
under low-medium heat. Add Sriracha sauce and stir until
combine. Add black pepper and mix.
3. Make the bluecheese dipping sauce by blending blue cheese,
mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic together.
4. Coat the chicken wings with hot sauce.
Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce and celery stalks.
