Spicy chicken wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken wing 350 g
  • minced garlic 2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • salt 1/8 tsp
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • All purpose flour 20 g
  • Corn flour 20 g
  • Rice flour 60 g
  • Water 80 ml
  • Melted Butter 1 tbsp
  • Hot chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  • Corn syrup 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Shoyu 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Water 60 ml
  • Sour cream and Hot chilli sauce to served with

Instructions

  • Marinated chicken wings with salt, black pepper, ginger powder, chopped garlic, and milk. Keep marinating for 15 minutes
  • Add corn flour, rice flour, and all purpose flour to the chicken. Add water, then mix well.
  • Deep fried the chicken wings until golden brown well cooked.
  • For a sauce, add melted butter, hot chilli sauce, corn syrup, sugar, shoyu, vinegar, and water to suce pan. Use medium heat to reduce the sauce.
  • Add fried chicken to the sauce, then tossed well to make the sauce covered the fried chicken.
