Spaghetti Panang with River Prawn

INGREDIENTS
For 2 servings
Spaghetti, cooked2 cups
River Prawn or Lobster, grilled2-4
Whipping cream1 cup
Onion, chopped1 cup
Exotic Food Panang Curry Paste2 tbsp
Salt1/4 tsp
Black pepper, ground1/4 tsp
Olive oil1 tbsp
for garnish Sliced bird's eye chilli and kaffir lime leaf

PROCEDURE

1.Heat oil on a medium heat, add onion and cook until soft.

2. Add curry paste and cook until fragrant. Add whipping
cream, salt and pepper then simmer until thicken.

3. Divide spaghetti on plates, place grilled prawn on top and
add a spoonful of sauce to each plate.

4. Garnish with sliced chilli and kaffir lime leaf.
