Smoked Salmon Canape with Seafood Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Green Cayenne Pepper, chopped5
Bird's Eye Chilli, chopped10
Garlic, chopped10 cloves
Fish Sauce1/2 cup
Sugar3 tbsp
Lemon or Lime, juiced2
Water2 tbsp
Crackers10
Smoked Salmon50 g
Cherry Tomatoes, halved5
Herbs of choicea sprig

PROCEDURE

1. Prepare seafood sauce by blending both chillies,
garlic, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and water
together until smooth.

2. Prepare the canape by laying smoked salmon and
tomatoes on crackers. Spoon a little sauce on top
and garnish with some herbs.
