Salmon grilled with sweet chilli

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet 600 g 2 pcs
  • Melted butter 1 tbsp
  • Hot sweet chilli sauce 6 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Sriracha 2 tbsp
  • Hot water 100 ml
  • Sauté tomato 200 g

Instructions

  • Marinated the salmon cut with salt, black pepper, melted butter, Hot sweet chilli sauce, and sriracha sauce. Keep marinated for 20-30 minutes.
  • Put the salmon in the oven at 200c for 15-25 minutes until the salmon is medium rare cooked.
  • Remove the salmon from baking tray. Then, add hot water to the baking tray to dissolve the marinating sauce. Mix the sauce well and remove from the tray.
  • Served grilled salmon with sauté tomatoes and marinating sauce.
