Carrot, shredded | 1/2 cup |
Radish, shredded | 1/2 cup |
Shiso leaf | 4-6 leaves |
Shoyu | 2 tbsp |
Ginger, grated | 2 tsp |
PROCEDURE
1. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
Place rice paper on tray then add carrot, radish,
shiso leaves and sashimi. Roll the rice paper up tightly.
2. Serve with shoyu mixed with ginger.
