Ingredients

Want something different from a normal Sriracha sauce? Why not a bit of texture with Chia seeds? Not only it’ll give you a
small crunch inside your mouth, but also different nutrition’s such as proteins, magnesium, etc.
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sriracha Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tab tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. Sambal Oelek
  • Fresh grated ginger
  • 3 scallion
  • 1 pound sushi-grade ahi Salmon
  • 1cups sushi rice

Instructions

  • Whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, sambal oelek, ginger, and scallions. Add the salmon and toss. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • To serve, scoop rice into bowls, top with tuna poke and toppings Sriracha Chia Seeds serve on the side
