Papaya Salad

INGREDIENTS
PPapaya Salad
Exotic Supreme Oysters Sauce1.00 tbsp
Exotic Fish Sauce1.00 tbsp
Pork Shoulder200.00 grams
Sugar0.50 tbsp
Coriander Roots1.00 roots
Chopped Garlic1.00 clove
Vegetable Oil for pork shoulder3.00 tbsp
Green papaya1.00 pc
Sliced Garlic1.00 clove
Palm sugar1.00 tbsp
Chili2.00 pcs
Cherry Tomatoes2.00 pcs
Cherry Tomatoes1.00 lime
String Beans or French Beans0.25 cup

PROCEDURE

1. Marinade your pork shoulder with Exotic Fish Sauce,
Exotic Oyster Sauce, sugar, coriander roots,
and chopped garlic. Pre heat oven to 180 C

2.Sear the pork on a hot pan about two minutes on each side
and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.

3. While the pork is cooking, grate your papaya. Set aside.

4. For the dressing combine garlic, palm sugar, Exotic Fish Sauce,
chili, tomatoes, and lime juice. Give it a good press and mix.

5. Cut up the green beans and add to the salad dressing.
Toss the dressing with the grated papaya.

6. Remove the pork from the oven and rest for a few minutes.
Slice and place on the salad.
