Pan seared Lamb chop with Honey spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 lamb cutlets
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 scallion
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2tbsp Sriracha Hemp (Red Chilli)

Instructions

  • Whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, sambal oelek, ginger, and scallions. Add the salmon and toss. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • To serve, scoop rice into bowls, top with tuna poke and toppings Sriracha Chia Seeds serve on the side
