PROCEDURE
1. Put some water to boil the noodle (rice vermicelli).
2. When the noodle come to boil, pop the noodle into
the cold water to shock it.
3. Put some oil in the pan. Pop the garlic, thinly slice pork,
egg, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Stir it together and put some noodle and mustard leaves.
4. Put a teaspoon of sugar. Give it some color and
some heat as well. Serve.
