Larb Kai
Exotic Fish Sauce2.00 tbsp
Exotic Chilli Oil1.00 tbsp
Minced chicken200.00 grams
Ground Roasted Jasmine Rice3.00 tbsp
Shallot sliced0.50 pc
Water or Chicken Stock0.50 cup
Dried Chili4.00 pcs
Kaffir Lime Leaf2.00 leafs
Lime Juice3.00 tsp
Spring Onion2.00 pcs
Coriander1.00 pc
Mint Leaves8.00 leafs

PROCEDURE

1. Heat a sauce pan. Add chicken and chicken stock to your pan.

2. Stir the chicken in the pot add shallots and dried chilies

3. Finely slice the lime leaf and add it to the pot

4. Add lime juice, the Exotic Fish Sauce, remove from heat
and stir well.

5. Slice up the spring onions and toss it into the chicken along
with the roasted rice and mint leaves.

6. Drizzle with Exotic Chilli Oil and serve with salad,
sticky rice or steamed rice.
