Coriander | 1.00 pc |

PROCEDURE
1. Heat a sauce pan. Add chicken and chicken stock to your pan.
2. Stir the chicken in the pot add shallots and dried chilies
3. Finely slice the lime leaf and add it to the pot
4. Add lime juice, the Exotic Fish Sauce, remove from heat
and stir well.
5. Slice up the spring onions and toss it into the chicken along
with the roasted rice and mint leaves.
6. Drizzle with Exotic Chilli Oil and serve with salad,
sticky rice or steamed rice.
