|Chicken thigh, cut into pieces||200 g|
|Black pepper, ground||1/4 tsp|
|Ginger, grated||2 tsp|
|Light soy sauce||2 tsp|
|Tempura flour||1/4 cup|
|for frying Oil|
|Exotic Food Sweet Sour Stir-fry Sauce||100 ml|
|Cherry tomatoes, halved||4-6|
|Pineapple, cut into pieces||1/4 cup|
1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, ginger andsoy sauce for 1 hour.
2. Toss the chicken with tempura flour to coat.
Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
3. Heat sweet sour sauce until boil, add tomatoes,
pineapple and fried chicken. Stir to mix.
4. Garnish with spring onion, sesame and serve.
