Karaage Chicken with Sweet & Sour Sauce

INGREDIENTS
For 2 servings
Chicken thigh, cut into pieces200 g
Salt1/4 tsp
Black pepper, ground1/4 tsp
Ginger, grated2 tsp
Light soy sauce2 tsp
Tempura flour1/4 cup
for frying Oil
Exotic Food Sweet Sour Stir-fry Sauce100 ml
Cherry tomatoes, halved4-6
Pineapple, cut into pieces1/4 cup
for garnish Sliced spring onion, toasted sesame

PROCEDURE

1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, ginger andsoy sauce for 1 hour.

2. Toss the chicken with tempura flour to coat.
Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.

3. Heat sweet sour sauce until boil, add tomatoes,
pineapple and fried chicken. Stir to mix.

4. Garnish with spring onion, sesame and serve.
