| Exotic Instant Noodles | 1.00 package |
| Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce | 1.00 tbsp |
| Exotic Supreme Soy Sauce | 0.50 tbsp |
| Exotic Chili Paste | 1.00 tbsp |
| Water | 0.50 litre |
| Scallops | 4.00 pcs |
| Vegetable Oil | 2.00 tbsp |
| Cabbage | 0.25 pc |
| Garlic | 4.00 cloves |
| Coriander | 3.00 pcs |
| Sugar | 0.50 tbsp |
PROCEDURE
1. Bring water to a boil, and add the Exotic Instant Noodles to it.
Boil for 2 minutes and strain.
2. in a hot pan with some oil, pan sear the scallops.
Take it off the heat and rest.
3. in the same pan add a little vegetable oil and garlic,
add some chopped cabbage. Sautee.
4. add Exotic Supreme Soy sauce, Exotic Chilli Paste,
Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce and return the noodles to the pan.
5. Add a little water if it gets too dry.
6. Plate and top with the scallops garnish
with sesame seeds and Exotic Chilli Paste.
