|Exotic Food Hoisin Sauce||1/4 cup|
|Ginger, grated||2 tsp|
|Garlic, chopped||1 clove|
|Sriracha hot chilli sauce||2 tbsp|
|for serving Green lettuce leaves|
1. Mix hoisin sauce with ginger and garlic.
Marinate the chicken in the prepared sauce for 1-2 hours.
2. Heat grilling pan on medium heat, spray a little cooking spray
into the pan. Grill the chicken until fully cooked. Slice chicken
into small pieces.
3. Boil the leaftover sauce from marinating, then pour sauce
over grilled chicken pieces and toss to coat.
4. Serve chicken with green lettuce leave, top with cayenne
pepper and sesame.
