Hoisin Chicken and Lettuce Wraps

INGREDIENTS
For 2 servings
Chicken breast2
Exotic Food Hoisin Sauce1/4 cup
Ginger, grated2 tsp
Garlic, chopped1 clove
Sriracha hot chilli sauce2 tbsp
for serving Green lettuce leaves
for garnish Sliced cayenne pepper and toasted white and black sesame

PROCEDURE

1. Mix hoisin sauce with ginger and garlic.
Marinate the chicken in the prepared sauce for 1-2 hours.

2. Heat grilling pan on medium heat, spray a little cooking spray
into the pan. Grill the chicken until fully cooked. Slice chicken
into small pieces.

3. Boil the leaftover sauce from marinating, then pour sauce
over grilled chicken pieces and toss to coat.

4. Serve chicken with green lettuce leave, top with cayenne
pepper and sesame.
