|Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce||1.00 tbsp|
|Salmon fillet||2 pcs / 150 g|
|Black Pepper, ground||1/4 tsp|
|Exotic Food Sweet Chilli Sauce||1 cup|
|Soy sauce||2 tsp|
|Ginger, grated||2 tsp|
1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Place salmon on preheated pan, skin side down first. After 2-3 minutes, carefully turn the fish onto the other side. Cook for another 2-5 minutes or until it is done.
