Salmon fillet | 2 pcs / 150 g |
Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Black Pepper, ground | 1/4 tsp |
Exotic Food Sweet Chilli Sauce | 1 cup |
Soy sauce | 2 tsp |
Ginger, grated | 2 tsp |
PROCEDURE
1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Place salmon on preheated pan, skin side down first. After 2-3 minutes, carefully turn the fish onto the other side. Cook for another 2-5 minutes or until it is done.
3. Toss salmon with sauce. Place salmon on plate and garnish with scallion and sesame
