|Sandwich bread||3 slices|
|Exotic Food Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce||3 tbsp|
|Salt and ground black pepper||Dash|
|As desired Arugula and crispy bacon|
1. Dice or mash the eggs then mix with Sriracha sauce,
mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper.
2. Toast the bread then place the egg mixture on the toast.
3. Sprinkle with arugula and crispy bacon. Drizzle with
Sriracha sauce for more flavor.
