| Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce | 1.00 tbsp |
| Prawns | 1.00 leg |
| French Beans | 4.00 pcs |
| Red Chilies | 2.00 pcs |
| Basil or Italian Basil leafs | 6.00 pcs |
| Red Chilies | 4.00 tbsp |
| Spring Onion | 1.00 pc |
| Portobello | 1.00 tsp |
| Steamed Jasmine Rice | 1.00 cup |
| Garlic | 2.00 cloves |
| Onion | 0.50 pc |
PROCEDURE
1. Chop the garlic. Cut the portobello, remove the stalk and
cut into chunks. Cut the french beanse up. Dice the Onions
2.In a hot sautee pan, add the vegetable oil, Once it is heated add
the prawns and and sear. Add the chopped onions and garlic.
3.Remove the prawns from the pan. Add the portabollo,
Exotic Green Curry Paste and stri fry.
4. Add the rice to the pan, Toss in the pan,
add the Exotic Supreme Oyster sauce.
5. Return the prawns back to the pan of rice.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with some basil leaves and
chopped spring onions.
