Firecracker Shrimp Spring roll

INGREDIENTS
For 2 servings
Shrimps, peeled and deveined10
Garlic1 clove
Pepper corn1 tsp
Coriander roots2
Soy sauce1 tsp
Spring roll wrappers5 sheets
Exotic Food Spring Roll Sauce1 cup
Peanut, roasted and chopped1 tbsp
for frying Oil

PROCEDURE

1. Crush the garlic, coriander roots and pepper corn using
mortar and pestle or food processor.

2. Marinate the shrimps with garlic mixture and soy sauce
for 30 minutes.

3. Roll the shrimp in wrapper but leave the shrimp tail
outside the wrapper.

4. Fry the spring roll in medium heat oil untill golden.
Mix sauce with peanut and serve with fried spring roll.
