Add crab meat to the mixture, then mix well and shaped into a patty or stuffed with a crab shell. Covered the patty with breadcrumbs.
For the salsa, add diced tomato,strawberry, shallot, coriander, pomegranate, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce into a mixing bowl. Mix well and keep in the fridge.
Deep frying the crab cake patty in hot oil until the patty is cooked and golden brown.
Served crab cake with strawberry salsa.
