  • Exotic Sweet Corn in Brine1.00 cup
  • Exotic Sriracha Sauce1.00 tbsp
  • Exotic Sweet Chili Sauce1.00 tbsp
  • Coriander Root2.00 roots
  • Garlic1.00 clove
  • White Pepper Corn1.00 tsp
  • Flour0.50 cup
  • Egg1.00 pc
  • Salt 0.50 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil 500.00 ml


  • Grind the coriander root, pepper corn, garlic and salt,
    till it is mashed
  • in another bowl combine the egg, flour and a pinch of salt.
    Beat it together with a whisk till it forms a batter
  • Combine the mix from the mortar with the batter stir.
  • Drain the Corn and spoon into the batter.
  • Carefully spoon bite size chunks into the hot oil.
  • Remove once crisped and golden
  • Drain off the oil on paper towels serve with
    either or both sauce.
